Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Plumbing AI Group ("we," "us") collects when you use plumbingaigroup.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email ckemenesi.inbox@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

What you give us. When you fill out a form, we collect your name, email, cell phone, business name, website if you add one, and your answers about your business (for example the kind of work you do, the software you use, your team size, and what you want to fix). We also save the text message choices you make on the form, with the date and time.

Booking details. When you pick a time, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, the time you picked, and anything you type into the booking form.

Payment details. Payments run through Stripe. Stripe collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number. We get your name, email, the amount, and whether the payment went through.

Collected on its own. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services listed below log technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you open, the page that sent you here, and the time of your visit. Links in our emails can carry tags (like utm_source) that tell us which email you came from. We save those tags with your form.

Saved in your browser. Our pages can save your name and email in your own browser, so you don't have to type them again when you book. This stays on your device. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.

2. How we use it

  • To run your Shop Walkthrough, write your Fix Plan, and deliver what you bought or signed up for.
  • To schedule calls, send confirmations and reminders, and answer your questions.
  • To send emails and texts you agreed to get (see section 3).
  • To take payments, give refunds, and keep tax and business records.
  • To keep the site working, stop spam and fraud, and make our service better.
  • To follow the law.

3. Text messages

We only text you if you check a text message box on one of our forms. The boxes start unchecked, and you don't have to check them to get a spot or to buy anything. There are two kinds: texts about your booking (confirmations, reminders and schedule changes), and texts with tips and offers. You pick each one on its own.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, or HELP for help. See section 11 of our Terms for the full text message terms.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are left out of every kind of sharing described in this policy. The only outside company that gets your number for texting is the text message provider that delivers our texts, and only so it can send them for us.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone for their own advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and our service, and only as much as they need to do that job:

  • Hosting: Vercel, which serves this website.
  • Database: Supabase, which stores form answers and the weekly spot count.
  • Form email: Formspree, which emails us a copy of each form.
  • Payments: Stripe.
  • Scheduling: Cal.com and Google Calendar.
  • Email: Google (Gmail).
  • Fonts: Google Fonts. Your browser loads our fonts from Google, so Google sees your IP address.
  • Video: if a page shows a video, the video player (for example YouTube, Loom or Vimeo).
  • Text messages: the text message provider that delivers our texts.

These companies have their own privacy policies. Some of them, like Stripe and Cal.com, may collect information directly from you on their own pages or frames.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. If that happens, this policy still covers the information we already have.

5. Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site, and we don't follow you around the web. Our payment and scheduling providers set their own cookies inside their checkout and calendar so they work and stay secure.

Do Not Track. Because we don't track you across other sites, we treat every visitor the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and run our business. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you. We keep payment and tax records as long as the law requires.

7. How we protect it

We use trusted providers, secure connections (HTTPS), and limited access to keep your information safe. No system is perfect, so we can't promise that information will never be lost or seen by someone who shouldn't see it.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
  • Texts: reply STOP to any text.
  • See, fix or delete your information: email ckemenesi.inbox@gmail.com. We'll answer within 45 days. We may need to confirm it's really you first.

Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have more rights, such as the right to know what we collect, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't sell or share personal information, as those words are used in those laws. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights. California residents can also ask whether we shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing. We don't.

9. Children

This site is for business owners. It is not for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is big, we'll also post a notice on this site or email you if we have your email.
