What does the Leak Fix cost?
$2,000, one time. That covers your Shop Walkthrough, your Custom Fix walked through live, every other leak we spot ranked by what it's worth, and the Claude Starter Kit for Plumbing Shops. No contract.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing fancy. Know roughly how many calls you get a week and which software you use. We'll ask the rest.
Nothing fancy. Know which project and accounting software you use, about how many jobs you run, and roughly how long pay apps take to get paid. We'll ask the rest.
What software do you work with?
ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, Successware, Service Fusion, Workiz and QuickBooks. If you're on paper, we work with that too.
Procore, Autodesk Forma, Sage, Foundation, Viewpoint, Accubid, McCormick, QuoteSoft, BuildOps, ServiceTitan Commercial, ServiceChannel, Corrigo and QuickBooks. If you're on spreadsheets, we work with that too.
Do I have to buy new software?
Usually not. Most fixes start with tools you already pay for. If a new tool makes sense, we'll show you the options and the cost first. We don't resell software.
How is this different from buying an AI phone service?
Those sell you one tool. We look at your whole shop, find the leak that costs the most, and set up the right fix in your system. Sometimes that's a phone tool. Sometimes it's quotes or the office.
How is this different from buying another construction app?
Apps sell you one tool, and someone has to run it. We look at how your jobs actually run, find the leak that costs the most, and set up the fix in the systems you already use.
Is my data safe?
We work inside your accounts, with your permission. We don't sell or share your customer data.
We do mostly commercial work. Is this for us?
Yes. Commercial leaks look different: change orders, pay apps, bids and portal work orders. Switch to the commercial page.
We do service work too. Is that covered?
Yes. Residential service leaks are calls, quotes and the office. Switch to the residential page.
What happens after the fix?
It's yours. Build it yourself, or ask about The Full Install.
